SDAC Infotech ("we", "us", "our") is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011.

2. What We Collect

When you fill out a form on this site — such as "Talk to our Expert," "Request a Callback," a Placement Drive application, an Event registration, or an Upcoming Batch registration — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, and any message or details you choose to share.

We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source through cookies and analytics tools. See our Cookie Notice for details.

3. Why We Collect It

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, process your application to a placement drive, event, or training batch, send you updates you've asked for, and improve our website. We process your data on the basis of your consent (DPDP S.6) and, where applicable, legitimate uses permitted under DPDP S.7.

4. Consent

We obtain separate, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent via clearly marked checkboxes at the point of submission:

• I agree to be contacted regarding my enquiry.
• I agree to receive marketing communications.

6. How Long We Keep It

We retain enquiry data for 12 months from last contact, application data for 24 months, and marketing consent records for 36 months, unless a longer period is required by law. After this, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Children's Data

Our services are not directed at children under 18. For training or placement programs open to minors, we obtain verifiable parental consent before processing any personal data, as required under Section 9 of the DPDP Act, 2023.

10. Data Sharing

We do not use a CRM. Your data is stored in:

• WhatsApp: Meta Platforms Inc. (when you use the WhatsApp button)
• Analytics: [Google Analytics / Meta Pixel — if used]

All processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements. We do not sell your data.

11. Security

We implement reasonable security practices as required under Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, 2011, including encryption (mTLS 1.3), access controls, and zero-trust architecture.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals as required under Section 8(6) of the DPDP Act, 2023, and the CERT-In Directions, 2022 (within 6 hours).

13. Cross-Border Transfer

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside India by our service providers (hosting, email, WhatsApp/Meta). Such transfers are made only in accordance with Section 16 of the DPDP Act, 2023, and applicable rules.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via the website and, where required, by email. Previous versions are available on request.
